These terms govern your use of www.clippingpathmasterly.com and any photo editing services ordered through it. By submitting a form, sending images, or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
We provide manual photo editing services including clipping path, image masking, ghost mannequin editing, retouching, color correction, and photo restoration, as described on this site. Turnaround, revision, and payment terms are confirmed with each client at the time of order and may vary based on order size and complexity.
Free sample edits are limited to two images per prospective client and are provided to demonstrate quality with no obligation to purchase.
You confirm that you own or have the right to submit any images sent to us for editing, and that doing so does not infringe on any third party's rights.
If a delivered edit doesn't match the instructions provided with your order, let us know and we'll revise it at no extra charge. Revision requests should reference the original order and clearly describe the changes needed.
Payment terms — including accepted methods and invoicing schedule — are confirmed with each client before work begins and may differ for one-off orders versus recurring accounts.
Images and business information you share with us are kept confidential and used only to complete your order. See our Privacy Policy for details. An NDA is available on request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising from the use of our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
